Impacts of the current COVID-19 situation
With the rapidly changing situation regarding COVID-19 we’re experiencing a limited impact on staffing. We’re responding by implementing contingency plans where necessary and adjusting our operations to serve Canadians. This situation is fluid across the country and customers may experience delays. In addition, it’s possible that temporary measures may be put in place, such as the reduction of hours or short-term closures, where required.
